Privacy at the academy.

Haidar Virtual Academy uses your signed-in account identifier to connect enrolments, lesson progress and assessment scores to you. Your name and email may be supplied by sign-in; we use them to display your account and associate subscription payments with the correct learner.

Payments and service providers

When you subscribe, your email, membership plan, amount and payment reference are sent to Paystack. Payment details are entered on Paystack’s checkout. The academy stores payment references, subscription and customer identifiers, billing status and paid access dates; it does not collect card numbers. Authentication, hosting and learning records are provided through the academy’s configured hosting infrastructure.

Your learning records

Progress is stored with your account so it can be retrieved on another device. Only configured academy administrators may manage the courses. Do not include passwords, real customer data or confidential workplace records in exercises. Exercises are completed on your own device.

Digital certificates

If you request a certificate, we store the name you confirm, course title, score, issue date and unique certificate ID. The verification link displays these details to anyone with the link who can access the academy. Your email is not included. Certificate records preserve the details at issuance. Contact us for corrections or removal requests.

Requests and questions

For a request to access, correct or remove your learning records, contact info@haidar.com.ng. We may need to verify your account before acting on a request. Payment records may need to be retained separately from learning progress where required.
